Questions and answers

What is Vinexam?

Vinexam is an independent web app for students preparing the Level 3 Award in Wines. It has 611 original multiple-choice questions organised by syllabus chapter, 50-question timed mock exams, and 40 written-answer drills with mark schemes that an AI marks against the scheme.

Is Vinexam affiliated with WSET?

No. Vinexam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. WSET is a trademark of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Every question and mark scheme is original and written for the published Level 3 syllabus.

How much does Vinexam cost?

The first chapter and two AI-marked answers are free. Full access is €7.99 a month, cancel any time, or €19 once for a 90-day exam pass. Prices include VAT. Payment is handled by Paddle.

What is the refund policy?

Any purchase can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked, by emailing hello@vinexam.com.

How does the AI marking work?

You write your answer as you would on the exam paper. The marker compares it with the mark scheme point by point, shows which points were credited, and explains what was missed. It is practice marking, not an official mark, and every mark can be disputed with one tap.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Open vinexam.com in Safari or Chrome and add it to the home screen. It installs like an app, opens full screen and keeps the question bank available offline.

Who writes the questions?

The questions are written for Vinexam by a working sommelier and checked by a second, independent model solving them blind. Length and structure of the answer options are balanced so no option gives the answer away.
