Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
The service
Vinexam provides original practice questions, mark schemes and automated practice marking to help you prepare for the Level 3 wine theory exam. It is a study aid. Marks given by the marking service are practice marks produced by an AI model against our own mark schemes; they are not official marks and do not predict your exam result.
Access
The free tier includes one chapter, one written drill and a limited number of marked answers. Paid access, sold through Paddle as merchant of record, unlocks every chapter, timed mocks and marked answers, subject to a fair-use limit of 100 marked answers per month. A licence is personal and may be used on your own devices only.
Price and renewal
Prices are shown at checkout in your currency. A monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled; an exam pass ends after 90 days and does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the receipt email Paddle sends you; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Content
All content is original and owned by the publisher. You may not copy, share, scrape or resell it. We correct errors as we find them and welcome reports at hello@vinexam.com.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Independence
Vinexam is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. WSET is a trademark of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Exam rules may change; the official specification prevails.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory rules of their country of residence and on the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
