Refund policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied, email hello@vinexam.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is taken. Renewal charges are refundable if you ask within 14 days of the renewal and have not used the service since.

Exam pass

The 90-day exam pass is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.

Your legal rights

By starting to use paid content immediately you consent to delivery before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period; our 14-day refund above is offered in its place and does not reduce any rights you have under the law of your country.
